Frequently Asked Questions
How many times can it fully charge my phone?
About 2-2.5 full charges for most iPhones and Samsung Galaxy phones. That's enough to get through a full weekend trip or multi-day outage without ever seeing a low battery warning. We don't inflate our numbers — what we list is what you actually get.
How fast does it charge my phone?
The USB-C port delivers 20W fast charging — that'll get your iPhone from dead to about 65% in just 30 minutes. Same speed as a wall plug. The USB-A port and wireless charging are a bit slower but solid for overnight or passive charging.
Is it waterproof? How durable is it?
It's rated IPX4 splashproof — rain, sweat, splashes, and spills won't hurt it. Rugged ABS + PC shell with reinforced rubber edges. Clip it to your bag with the included carabiner. Built for the outdoors, not a desk drawer. Just don't submerge it fully and you're good.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Can it charge multiple devices at the same time?
Yes — up to 3 devices simultaneously. USB-C, USB-A, and wireless charging can all run at once. Great for keeping your phone, a tablet, and a backup battery all going during an extended outage.
Does the solar charging actually work?
Yes — solar charging is best in direct sunlight and is designed as a supplemental top-up method, ideal for extended grid-down situations. It won't charge from 0% in a single day, but it will consistently add charge and extend your runtime dramatically when you have no other power source.
What's the return policy?
Full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact our support team and we'll issue a complete refund — no questions asked. We stand behind every Rivanta® product.
Money-Back Guarantee
We're so confident in the quality of our product that we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days for a full refund.
